Amateur reviewer - Hello Peter
That is the name I was given for voicing out my issues that have made me almost lose my job because of a Fibre network provider. I thought this platform would be helpful but I guess not. I would start using other platforms now as Hello Peter has made me feel like a nuisance.

These companies I've wrote about here never responded to my concerns up until I wrote here, even after they responded to my Hello Peter complaints they promised to get back to me but they ddnt, and I came back here again only then they responded, so basically they only took me serious because I came here
Now that my name here on Hello Peter is "Amateur " they never responded to me ever again till now.
I sent emails, whatsapp, calls but nothing. My issue is still not resolved and I'm starting work on Wednesday 26April my Fibre is not installed and they canceled my order after I have paid.
So this thing of you calling customers by rude and insulting names is only helping companies to be little us.
