allowing to be misled
After posting a complaint about a Telkom service I noticed that the Telkom reply to my complaint is verbaly equivalent to most of all of the replies issued by Telkom to many of the other responses issued.I have not had any further follow up responses from Telkom. I am very sure the responses from this company are automatically generated by some server and the issue is then dropped. Hello Peter should investgate this and remove this company fron the list of responding companies if my suspision is correct.

As most reports require some type of investigation before a more comprehensive response can be given, many companies respond to reports with a 'generic' response to acknowledge the report. Once further information becomes available, they then have the facility to Update their Response. If you don't receive further feedback from Telkom, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to let them know. To give feedback, select 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu under Customer Zone. Click on the subject line of the report to open it, then add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier for you. Please note that this facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
