All credit to Hello Peter

After numerous attempts to try address incorrect deduction and unacceptable communication from an insurance company, I published a review on Hello Peter. Within hours there was a response from the insurance company that previously had failed to live up to their own communication commitments. Having been told there would not be any refund and that I should check the T&C's, a refund has now been paid. Great that the "man in the street" has a voice and can be taken seriously through the Hello Peter web site.
