Add a comment to an Official Business Reply
<p>I cannot see how to do this - if I disagree with something said - or they don't follow up - I want to write something please tell me how other than to write a 'Public Comment' which I'm sure the supplier does not read?</p>
Log into your account (with your Username and Password). Then click on ‘your name’ at the top right of the screen. Select ‘My reviews' from the drop down menu.
You will then see all your reviews. Click on the 'View the full review' button to open your review. Beneath 'Post a reply' add your text then click on 'Publish'. Regards, HP
