Abuse of Hallopeter
<div>I have been a long time supporter of this service but recently I see that some companies tend to respond to complaints on your site saying that they will contact the complainent and never do. My dealings with Multichoice/DSTV are an example, on your site they say that they will contact me to resolve an overcharge, but despite numerous attempts to contact them I still are no nearer to a resolution. I feel that they only pay lip service to your site and in fact do not care about what reputation they get. I am now instituting legal proceedings in the small claims court as this seams to be the only way forward.</div>
