Oh please, Hellopeter is a complete ****. Don’t even pretend it’s about ‘transparency’ — it’s about squeezing money out of businesses. You fix the problem, go the extra mile, and that bad review still sits there forever like a damn billboard unless you pay them. Pay-to-defend-yourself — what a joke. You call that fair? The platform is rigged to make businesses look bad so they can sell you a subscription. It’s pathetic.”
