Terrible customer service from Hello Doctor

I have logged a call back for an authorization this morning before 10am I am still waiting on them to call me, since then I have received 2 sms stating that they have rescheduled the call back, my mother has been sitting at the doctor since this morning very sick, how sad is this. Terrible service really
