Yesterday 31.08.26 I woke up not feeling well and I informed my manager that I need some time off I will contact hello Dr for medication and a sick note But I still went to work I arrived atleast two hours late since I was suffering from piles mind you at work we sit down the whole day I couldn’t I needed a medication before I could go to work Also I did inform the Dr that my body is sore and I have a sore throat aswell I think I’m coming down with the flu. The Dr only prescribed me piles cream and mypaid tablets for my sore throat she ignored that. I requested a sick note she refused as she said my symptoms were not severe for sick note now I am getting a warning at work because of her refusing to issue me a sick note she also mentioned that she can’t issue a sick note for 2 hours, even though I begged her telling her at work they need it even if it was an hour still she refused. Please help Dr Ilse Theron-Whiting Practice no ***

Exceptional and compassionate care from Dr Anneke Crafford!
I want to commend Dr Anneke Crafford for her outstanding service during my recent Hello Doctor consultation. I have used this app for a long time, but I have never received such passionate and compassionate care. She explained everything thoroughly and truly related to how I was feeling. She is an amazing asset to the service.

Authorization
I have logged a callback to request authorization to visit a GP waited for 2 hours when I call back to see what's up they said they called me 2 times and I didn't pick up their call. Never received a call from them I am in so much pain clearly one has to die first before getting authorization. Momentum is also not helping

Hello Ambulance
Sent two messages requesting assistance online. No reply to either. Complained to my medical aid, Motohealth, which assured me that I would receive a response soon or let them know. No response, informed Motohealth. Silence all round.....this was a week ago. Should rather be called Hello Ambulance.
