Rather die in peace than contact them

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called in saying I'm unwell and explained my symptoms, the lady proceeded to go off on me saying my chest is sore not my mouth I should speak louder she doesn't have to take a "soft call" there are other people she needs to assist so we need to get done.

I said I understand, I tried a doctor in my area but everyone is closed. She proceeded to say "you want a sick note right" and I said I just want to know if there's something I can do or take cause everything I take at home keeps coming out, she proceeded to shout asking why am I calling them if I have tablets at home.

I hung up the call. Received a call back again and declined. This is the worst service ever I do not recommend, rather die in peace instead of contacting them.
