POOR SERVICE AND ***** CHARACTERS POSING AS DOCTORS.

I am very disappointed with the level of service from so called Doctors within the app. I've been in at the GP and they asked me to request for a pre authorisation. I did so on the app and on the USSD given on the Momentum pamphlet and a guy called me that is is supposedly a Doctor his name was Gift and he was very rude and abrupt. He asked me what was wrong with me. I told him that I'm having bowel problems and he proceeds to say is that all? I said to him yes and that i am currently at the GP looking to find out what would the cause. He then proceeds to tell me that won't be necessary and that he will send a text to me that i can take to any pharmacy and i told him that i don't want that i want to get a check up as i am not feeling well and the doctor said i should immediately see him if i have any more troubles as i was there last week. So now this would count as a follow up appointment and the " DR " that i was speaking to said he won't do that he has the power to decide not Momentum. Hence i am writing this complaint. He was very arrogant and condescending. And the sad thing i was with Discovery Key Care Plus and i had never gotten such distasteful and egoistic service from a Health Practitioner ever. I proceeded to ask his practise number he flatly denied.
