Hello Dr *******

16th July I requested a chat from hello dr. Dr took 2hours to answer just to tell me winter I may experience pain...this was 6pm+- 17th July I requested again around 6pm with the same issue only more severe.... Dr took 4.5hours to answer me stating they will call me immediately however till now it's not done... My work requires me to seek help from hello Dr before I consult a Dr so I have no choice but to do so but this is really ridiculous 3 days no no assistance
