I spoke to a lovely gentleman by the name of Diketso, he sorted out my technical problem like a star he was able to execute first call resolution with a customer and i needed an authorisation number , he gladly did the please call on my behalf and made sure it went through and updated my number too, he is good at what he does over just 1 call am very happy with his service.
