Bad services

I am so disappointed with this service, my 6 year old is currently sick with the flue and I’m required to use this service first to speak to a doctor then they refer me to a doctor if need be. The whole day I have been trying this ussd code and it kept saying a doctor will call me or the service itself is not available. Till now 16:52pm a doctor called and I’ve been waiting for the auth codes.
