12 hours no call back

Tried to use the app for the fist time, sent 4 requests for a call back and 12 hours later still no call. When you need advice to help your child and cant get to emergency services, these people are supposed to help. USSD code given on website also does not work. Probably will not get a reply to this complaint either.....
