Unhappy customer service was very unprofessional

Very unprofessional customer service had to wait for someone to open the gate for me as the gate is automatic as someone has press a button to open it and they saw me standing there with my child... I had to wait for the two ladies at the counter to stop talking while they busy having a personal conversation before they assisted me... Once in at the nurse I had to wait for her as she was busy on her phone before assisting me and my child... Once done, she was on her phone again and I had to ask if we were done and she said yes while still being on her phone... I feel they all are to comfortable there and do not take the patients seriously.
