Poor service
Everytime I come for my checkup I'm urged to come early in the morning and I have followed that instruction without fail but everytime I have to leave the clinic in the afternoon I spend 4 to 5 hours sometimes I'm told to return the next day. After complaining My previous nurse asked me to join the Club to prevent the long wait, I did that but I'm still experiencing the same thing. Now as I'm writing this complaint I've been sitting on these chairs from 9am and it's now after 1pm in the afternoon I haven't even been called for blood pressure. I asked the nurse assistant if they have my folder she said no and didn't even bother to look for it. Imagine sitting 4 hours in the clinic for family planning

Reception Staff Need Immediate Customer Service Training
I am extremely disappointed with the way the reception ladies at the front desk treat people entering the clinic. They have absolutely no manner of speaking to patients and often speak to people as if they are dogs. It is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment where people may already be feeling vulnerable or stressed. The only reason I continue returning to this clinic is because the sisters and medical staff assisting patients are incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional. Their kindness is what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the reception staff are creating a very negative first impression and are damaging the clinic's reputation. If this attitude continues, they could very well be the reason patients choose not to return in the future. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as the caring work of the medical staff is being overshadowed by the poor treatment patients receive at reception.
