Is Aramex working with Heibuy virgin hair (Linda)

I ordered a weave with Heibuy virgin hair on the 20th of December and I still haven't received it till today. When I query with Aramex they are telling me that the parcel was delivered on the 15th of this month, signed by Lebo. I should consult with seller.
