Phone support takes too long

I've been using HedgeWise for a little over 3 months now and so far my experience has been good. Had a few questions along the way and managed to get them sorted out.

Only thing I would mention is that sometimes it takes a while to get through to support by phone. I would suggest asking for a dedicated support consultant, it makes things much easier when you need assistance. Apart from that, no major complaints from my side. Happy with how things are going.
