We would recommend this ethical friendly and helpful business hands down! After searching the market during this loadshedding cold winter we found Heatking offered the best deal on a cast iron stove. This was a big decision for us as we are pensioners having recently moved to a retirement village with limited money . Evelyn, our sales lady was patient and kind and kept in contact with us all through the purchase and efficientt installation by Nkosi and Lovemore - these guys really know what they are doing! 👌🏽 Imagine our distress and consternation when we realised we had OVERPAID Heatking by R30.000 - however Arna,, their accountant and Magna, the owner were in constant communication reassuring us that the money would be refunded - as it surely was!
