Heat king. Wrong gas fireplace delivery

My company, Gas Piping Services, purchased a Gas fireplace and was delivered the wrong fireplace. We have tried to call and e-mail the owner, Dawie , but he does not return calls or react to e-mails. This is now 3 weeks and Heat King still have not rectified the wrong product delivery. Customer will now cancel the order and leave us with reputational damage.
