Heat King impressive with best price and service

4 years ago, I had a loose standing combustion fireplace installed by Heat King. I was impressed by Dawie Malan's advice, and subsequently by the installers knowledge and professionality when the job was completed. This unit was also much cheaper that other fireplace installers. Recently I have had another combustion stove installed in a different room. The day before installation, Carol informed us that they discovered a crack in the unit, but they will install a better (more expensive unit) for the same price paid. The guys who installed previously, did the work this time again. These guys have an amazing and positive attitude, taking great care with the installation and inspection, and talked us through the fine points to get the best out of our new fireplace. We are very impressed and would certainly recommend Heat King to anyone considering buying a fireplace.
