Bad recommendations and disappointing service

<div>We did a big renovation and we used Heat King to supply and install a wood-burning stove and supply a gas fireplace. Although we thought that going to an expert would ensure the right advice, we were sorely mistaken. The two major problems are as follows: 1. We were not advised to put a protective sheet between the wood-burning stove and the wall. Therefore, our plaster and paint work behind the wood-burning stove is buckled and peeling. 2. The gas fireplace we were advised to get for our kitchen is inadequate for the area. This means that it hardly heats the area up at all - unless you look at it, you would not know if it was on or off. I have been trying to get the owner at Heat King to assist me with these issues for the past 8 months. Although he has not denied fault, he is unwilling to meet me half-way in addressing the issues and just keeps putting me off. I am so disappointed with their service after spending so much money with the company!</div>
