A pleasure all along the process

<p>From my intital contact and asking Dawie to come and see us over a weekend because we were in a hurry (Dawie, Wilbert and Nkosi arrived at 18h30 on a Saturday to assess the job and quote - to accommodate us!) to the actual instrallation our transaction has been a pleasure. All contact on time and when promised. On the day of installation of our closed system wood burning heater Wilbert and Nkosi arrived on time and with everything that they needed. They worked without a break until the job was done - beautifully. They cleaned up absolutely all the mess that a job like this makes and kept checking that we were happy. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have subsequently asked for a small (I think) change and the response has been as expected. "We're sure it can be done". I will post a follow up comment once this request has been addressed as I'm sure it will be. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done and thank you Heat King, a great looking product (will only light it after the small change has been done) and fine service. </p>
