Heart Inn Haven

I just received a message to say that my booking got cancelled for Heart Inn Haven, Ballito South Africa. I paid for this booking in full and got reservation and confirmations from booking.com last week. My holiday was for 31 December 2025. I'm not sure how Book.com has allowed this place to be on their website when it is ****. I want a full refund from booking.com as this was paid directly to them. My ref for my booking is ***
