I had booked a 7-night holiday stay (for 6 people) through Booking.com. It got cancelled this afternoon. I tried calling them the entire day, and I eventually got informed that they are updating their booking.com profile and it will only be back in January. I am very worried that this might be a ****. Has anyone actually booked and stayed at this hotel?

Heart Inn Haven
I just received a message to say that my booking got cancelled for Heart Inn Haven, Ballito South Africa. I paid for this booking in full and got reservation and confirmations from booking.com last week. My holiday was for 31 December 2025. I'm not sure how Book.com has allowed this place to be on their website when it is ****. I want a full refund from booking.com as this was paid directly to them. My ref for my booking is ***

Booking.com and Heart Inn Haven is HEARTLESS!!!
This place does not exist and people are being ****MED @Booking.com this place is listing on your website. It has been reported numerous times but you still havent removed it. Why not??
