WORST SERVICE - HEARING AID LAB - KLOOF BRANCH

Hearing Aid Lab Kloof are absolute ******* artists! They sold my Mom, a pensioner living off the state pension into buying 2 hearing aids which cost her R29 000.00 (Audifon Sino CIC basic) on 07 May 2021 and she has had nothing but problems!!! She used the bit of money she got when my Dad passed away to get the hearing aids as her hearing has deteriorated considerably. She has had them in for repairs more than she has had them in her ears and every time it costs her more money, never mind the fuel and wear and tear on her vehicle. She has had them looked at by another hearing institute who told her that Hearing Aid Lab had butchered her hearing aids and they will never be right!!! We have still not heard a word from Hearing Aid Lab in how they are going to sort these hearing aids out for her. We have now decided to go ahead with emailing Health Profession Council of SA as well as Hello Peter and my next mail will be to Wendy Knowler to hopefully try and get this problem resolved!!!!
