Excellent service from Hearing Aids Labs audiologist Vernon Erasmus at Moffet On Main brach in Port Elizabeth

Bought hearing aids for R21000 at their Musgrave branch in Durban on retirementt in 2020.Shortly there after reallocated to Port Elizabeth. No branches were available here. Contacted Hearing Aid Labs head office at Umslangha Rocks in Durban. I was informed there were plans for branches in Port Elizabeth to open. In 2021 Jayson from head office came down to scout for locations and a hearing aid reassessment was done at my home. My 1 year garuntee was put on hold ,till branches in Port Elizabeth opened. When 3 branches opened , l went Moffett On Main shopping centre branch in Port Elizabeth. Eexcellient service has experienced from the audiologist Vernon Erasmus. In 2023 one of my hearing aids packed up at a cast of R2200 which my medical would not pay. Vernon arranged a new hearing from Germany 🇩🇪 for me at only the cost of the repair. Being a pensioner, l was given a 6 months payment plan. Great 👍 to see that aexcellent service still exists in South Aftica
