Momentum is the worst!

I wanted to consult at a network doctor, only to find out that there is only one network doctor in town. Worst part, the doctor was not available. I had to go to another doctor and paid. I got a referral to go to a gynecologist and when i got to the gynecologist I had to pay again because momentum couldn't pay because i didn't get a referral from the network doctor. Momentum is the worst. I called in to ask for my refund and they said that they cannot help me. I suffered a miscarriage while waiting to find a network doctor near me (only to find out that my next alternative was a 1 hour and 30 min away).
