I need my membership CARD!!!!!

I Joined MyBloom medical insurance sometime in Ocober 2020. I haven't received my membership number yet. I have called and they told me they would check why and until today no-one calls me back, they have deducted two month of my premium and still no card!!!!

To join the the insurance, they would call me everyday , now that i have joined , zero help----- literally ZEROOO !!!!
