Health4me Gold is a joke

I belong to Health4me Gold and last year i was declared medically incapacitated. I have emailed them to supply me with the medication, that i am using. Weeks have gone by and still no response. I am struggling, financialy, and they still ignore my emails, although the medication is covered by my medical plan. Two months ago my doctor contacted them and he was informed that certain medication was to be delivered directly to me. Still nothing has happened.
