Health4me frustrations

Momentum Health4me is the utmost nerve wrecking customer service I've ever experienced. U spend your hard-earned money on paying for unlimited doctor visits for yourself and only to get an sms after your 3rd visit you must contact their customer service to get another visit authorized by them. To top it off if you must go for x-rays you must contact them spend hours on the phone to get codes that your doctor on the list isn't aware of. Then u must inconvenience your doctor with papers that u didn't know you must have that your doctor must fill in and which wasn't provided for by Momentum in the first place. So with this cover you must give out more money n do everything yourself running up and down making phone calls and providing paperwork that isn't easy to obtain. It's easier to go to government hospitals this is very frustrating especially when u sick. To sum it up .every thing is limited.
