Rather go with a well known customer friendly South African company. MPILEHLE KUMEME you have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! you couldnt even transfer the call with out cutting the call.NO KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR PRODUCT AS YOU COULD NOT GIVE ME BASIC INFORMATION!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!! Heaven forbid we had an emergency, take 10 mins to get thru to ANYONE or we can leave a voice message. Really 😡 pathetic beyond!
