Cancellation Confirmed In Writing, But Debit Order Deducted Again

I cancelled my health insurance policy and received written confirmation that the final premium deduction would be on 31 March 2026. Despite this clear written confirmation, another premium was deducted from my bank account on 30 April 2026.

This is unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund of the incorrect deduction and confirmation that no further debits will occur. I have all written proof of the cancellation and the confirmation of the final debit date.

Please resolve this urgently.
