Expensive installation of network that wasn't completed.
Divan came out to do an installation of my network. They left claiming that everything was working but when I tested 2 points were not functioning. After numerous attempts to get him to come out to sort the 2 points he ghosted me and is not responding to my calls/messages after saying "they all worked when we were there". The guy had the nerve to put his flipping sticker on my network cabinet.

31 May 2021, 16:46Mark as I have mentioned after completing the cable work we did tests with our digital meter, we tested each point were we made a list of where the cable goes to from your network cabinet on the patch panel. We do put a very small sticker at all our clients, we apologise if you do not approve...
