Ripping of customers.

Worst experience ever from the parts and management department. Bought few parts from the Somtues road Haval. I was told that the parts will be at the branch 2 days after payment that took over a week to come. No communication with the costumer. My panel beater managed to save a part and ask me to return the bought that I bought from there. I took the part that was still wrapped in they wrapping, at first they refused to take the part back and I asked for the return policy. They said they don't have. They have no return policy in place and the said to me that they want to charge 20 percent handling fee. When I asked them to show me the documentation regarding the 20 percent deduction they could not provide it. Please be careful when dealing with Haval Somtues road (parts department).
