Customer Service

When we write the reviews here, we don't do it so we could score points or for the fun of it. It's just the manner in which some of these companies (or certain individuals) treat their customers after the point of sale. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase their cars at Haval Port Elizabeth or specifically from Brian Phera, he is a difficult person to deal with and doesn't care at all about the customers. To such an extent that he to told me I'm wasting my time by reporting him to his Manager.
