Shocking Lack of Service at Haval PE - Williams Hunt
I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service at Haval Port Elizabeth. I purchased a brand new Haval Jolion in mid-2024, and the vehicle has already developed gearbox problems. This is now the second time in just two weeks that my car has had to go back, and each time I am subjected to the same poor treatment. Their communication is shocking—after several hours, I still receive no phone call or update on the status of my vehicle or when I can expect it back. Phoning them is pointless: you are placed on hold, only to be told the person you need is unavailable. No matter who you ask for, no one is ever available, and no one ever calls back. It is unacceptable that a dealership selling new vehicles cannot provide even the most basic level of customer service. I am fed up with the lack of accountability and professionalism.
