WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH HAVAIANAS SOUTH AFRICA!!

So disappointed at Havaianas South alAfrica. I bought these in December 2022, it’s barely been a month and they are already fading. Took them to the store today and the “manager” told me they can’t take them back and I must wait for them to fade a little more…. I paid R250 for these because I wanted quality and I do have my proof of purchase. All I was asking is for them to exchange these for me and give a new pair, if possible a different design. I am big customer of Havaianas, I always buy from them but now the service I am getting is very unprofessional. I drove 38kms only to be told “wait for it to fade more”. If this does not get resolved I am surely gonna be forced to go to twitter😡😡😡 #havaianassa
