Worst attitude

<p>Recieved a pair of Havaianas for my birthday, my 5th pair in the same style. The sales person recommended that my mom by a size smaller.. which turned out to small.. </p> <p> </p> <p>The shoes were bought cash, and obviously I never got the slip wrapped in the gift haha</p> <p> </p> <p>Brought them back to the same shop today, 2 days after they were bought.. exactly as they hanging in the shop, the sales person wouldn't change them. Not even with a photo of the slip...</p> <p> </p> <p>That not the worst part.. he has the worst attitude and proceeds to hand me a card or the main guy I'm guessing saying "if you have any complaints you welcome to report me" </p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked his name he said "Charles" but I'm guessing that's a **** name</p>
