Uneducated - rude - shameful

My mom in law has purchased 2 x pairs of sandals at the Canal walk store - I've literally worn my pair ONCE, and the band popped out (this after a week) I went back into the store, only to be told that "I can't return it, as Angelique is full of nonsense" Eventually the assistant called the manager and his response was "you know Angelique will say no, but you try her" These 2 were laughing on the phone and gossiping about the "Angeligue" person more than anything... I left my sandals at the store and left.....

2 days later, Jodee calls me and says she will try her best to sort it all out. I never heard back from her again, until I called. She was quite disturbed and spoke to me as if I was in the wrong - raising her voice and downright RUDE!

I then called Angelique who has asked me to send in a pic of the second pair of sandals....

Weeks went by and this all slipped my mind - yesterday, I called Angelique, only to be told that she was waiting for my call.

TODAY, I get a call from the Cavendish store to say "hello, your straps has arrived" I ask "where are my sandals?" The assistant says "I don't know, but you can collect your straps" REALLY? To wear my straps, without my sandals? And for it to break again? JOKE!
