Terrible customer service

I walked into the store at canal walk where there was about 6 staff only young girls in the store not sure if they were all staff though. I thought they were with a customer but it turned out to be a guy chatting them up. Not one of them greeted me when I entered the store as they continued the conversation and laughing out loud . After 5 minutes or so one o them asked if I needed help by then I was already put off by the way she asked me. When I told her I'm looking for a slim strap navy blue with Havaianas written in white she directed me to men's and I specifically said its ladies but she just said no we don't stock. When I asked when they will get she told me they just a pop up and should rather go to waterfront. NOT at all helpful. Don't employ young chicks who doesn't know what they role is. Very disappointed
