SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have never had a worse experience in a store when trying to return/exchange a product ever in my life! The terrible attitude and appalling customer service has completely put me off this product. I have never been ignored and ditched by a sales representative in the middle of the conversation only for her to assist another client instead of me when questioning the return/exchange policy. I have called and emailed the office administrator after not being able to get into contact with the store manager and was told to email my complaint through to her. I have sent numerous emails to follow up and have received only one email saying that the national manager will contact me....still nothing. WHY DO WE HAVE TO BEG TO RECEIVE SERVICE!! LET ALONE GOOD SERVICE. For a well known pricey product, you should ensure you have the service to go with it. <br>
