Rude staff at Havianas la lucia mall

Revolting service & attitude from the staff

On the 16th of December 2019 I got a bunch of rude staff at the Havianas store in La lucia mall Durban. I went there as my flip flops broke within the 6month warranty, when you purchase they put your details on the system to keep record and incase you lose your receipt. They put my number in and my name came up and a date but they said there is nothing else that shows and I was asked the following : Do I remember how the salesperson(Charles) looked like? I answered No. Do I remember which havianas store? Not sure but I think was the same one as I was around that time. I went back to work , went through my bank statement and back to the store to show the guys there proof that I purchased at the shop and amount I was asked : What did I buy for that amount? Now I dont get the relevance of the questions and at that point I am already frustrated by this back and forth. I asked if the questions I am being asked are asked on all their clients as I have never been asked such and they got really rude , I made it clear I would report the matter and they said “Go ahead we don’t care” Their names are Sphe , Mandisa & Khanya.

I am really disgusted by the amount of disrespect I got from the staff there and would like something done about it.
