Refunds take so long
I am having a major problems getting a refund from Havaianas SA as the manager in charge of accounts Julian has taken over 3 weeks and still I hear can take up to a month to pay a customer back. I find this shocking and unprofessional from a big company like Havaianas. I have been an existing customer for many years and this is how I get treated.

After leaving my particulars with them nobody has bothered to call me back with regards to my refund I have been waiting weeks for. This service is ridiculous and embarrassing to say the least.
The two people in charge of refunds Julian and Angela just don't care about customer relationships at all!!
