Poor service

I bought a pair of havaianas on the 22 of December 2022 from your Tokai store. I had it on twice and the slipper broke. I returned it to the store with the slip and was told that the sole has no warranty. At the same time another client walked in with the same issue. The staff is not helpful and also was never told of how the warranty works. I purchased many pairs of havaianas and this was a first for me. I find this unacceptable as we pay alot of money for a product that just breaks after two wears. Then I requested to speak to the regional manager and was told the head office is close. The worst service I ever received and I won't purchase any havaianas product again.
