Poor quality goods and worst service ever!

<p>Brought a new pair of Dip Dye black Havianas at waterfront in Cape Town. After one use black white print came off in the front. Store manager was very rude and unhelpful, basically laughed and said this was our issue. I have used havianas for close to 10 years and never seen such poor quality and even worse service. It was my favorite brand right up until this moment! Don't tell a customer it's your issue when u have 5 pairs of other prints that lasted years and nothing went wrong, you buy a new one and after one use they are damaged. </p>
