Poor quality and a *******

I bought my slippers at canalwalk store decent 2021 and in jab 2022 it broke. I called the store than customer care nd was told its negligence. How can this be. Dont put stuff on ur shelves that u know cant last 6 months. Its poor quality and poor workmanship. I got no refund. We buy ur brand for quality but this was not delivered. I want a refund.
