poor quality all the time

I am very disappointed in the quality of flip flops Havaiana is making, I bought my girlfriend a pair in october 2018 and that pair broke and now she just called saying the pair we had as replacement is broken as well. 2 pairs in a period of 12 months or less. For the price we paying I don't thing they should break that easy. Also the replacement period should be longer if they believe in their brand's quality.
