Poor quality

I bought flip flop for my son November 2019 then broke in March 2020 couldn't make return at store duue to COVID REGULATION LOCKDOWN and when I return the flip flop after they opens after June 2020 was told return period has expired

M very disappointing with Havanaias store, their factory fault should not affect us.
