poor customer experience

My father bought a pair of flip flops and wore is for 3 months , during Autumn and Winter he did not wear it, he wore it again in December and it snapped.

We were advised that the product only carries a 6 months guarantee as we purchased it at the factory shop, so either the factory shop products is faulty or the product is just made poorly hence the 6 months guarantee.

other flip flops way cheaper than Havaianas last way longer than 6 months.

Ipanema is way better quality and better customer services
